`GET https://api.insightsocial.app/v1/pinterest/pin`

Returns one Pinterest pin: its text, original image, pinner, pin date, and its save, reaction, comment and share counts.

Use it when you have a pin URL and want everything about that single pin rather than a list.

Send your key in the `x-api-key` header.
