# Profile (/docs/api-reference/xiaohongshu/profile)

`GET https://api.insightsocial.app/v1/xiaohongshu/profile`

Returns a Xiaohongshu (RedNote) creator's profile: display name, RedNote ID, bio, avatar, followers, following, notes posted, likes received, and IP province.

Use it to check a creator's follower count; use profile/posts for their notes.

**50 credits** per call.

Send your key in the `x-api-key` header.

| `id` | string | no | User id, the author_user_id on a note. Not the RedNote id. Provide at least one of: `url`, `id`. |
| `dry_run` | string | no | Set to 1 to get the price of this call without making it: data.dry_run carries credits_min and credits_max. Nothing is charged. One of: 1. |
