`GET https://api.insightsocial.app/v1/zhihu/profile`

Returns a public Zhihu account: name, headline, avatar, follower count, and how many answers and articles it wrote.

Use it when you have the handle from a zhihu.com/people/<handle> URL.

Send your key in the `x-api-key` header.
