Use it when you have a /pulse/ URL. Comments and reactions are article/comments and article/reactions.

Returns members who reacted to a LinkedIn Pulse article, each with handle, name, picture, and reaction type. Use it after article, passing the same Pulse URL. **100 credits** per call. Re-running the exact same call within 6h is free. Paginates by `cursor` — see [Pagination](/docs/pagination).
