How export credits, plans and cancellations work
One credit is one row you export. A table of 250 posts costs 250 credits to download, and nothing at all to collect or read in the dashboard. Scraping and browsing your results are unlimited on every plan — you only spend credits at the moment data leaves the product.
No. You pay for a row once, the first time you export it, and it is yours from then on. Download the same table again, as CSV then JSON, share it or sync it to Google Sheets, and those rows cost nothing. A bigger export that overlaps an earlier one only charges for the rows that are new. The export menu shows the price before you click, including how many rows are already yours.
Your monthly credits don't — they reset at the start of each calendar month. Credits from a pack are different: they never expire, and they are only used once your monthly credits run out. Rows you have already collected are never deleted, so a table you could not afford this month is still there to export later.
You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for — cancelling never cuts access off mid-cycle. When that period ends the account moves to the Free plan automatically. Data you have already collected stays in your dashboard either way.
Only the price. Yearly works out cheaper per month and is billed once up front; the credit allowance is the same either way and resets every calendar month.
No. The Free plan needs nothing but a Google sign-in, and it does not expire or convert into a trial. You only enter payment details if you decide to get more credits.
