How to Use the Twitter Profile Scraper
Step 1: Install the Extension
Add InsightSocial from the Chrome Web Store. The icon appears in your browser toolbar after install.
Step 2: Visit a Twitter/X Profile
Navigate to any profile page — x.com/username or twitter.com/username both work. You'll be extracting what your own logged-in session sees on that page.
Step 3: Open the InsightSocial Sidebar
Click the InsightSocial icon. The sidebar opens on the right and automatically detects that you're on a Twitter/X profile.
Step 4: Configure Your Scrape
Choose what to extract: the profile's information, its recent tweets, or both. Profile info captures the account-level fields (bio, counts, join date, verification); recent tweets add the account's content with per-post engagement.
Step 5: Start Scraping
