What TikTok data can I extract?

Can I scrape the For You feed?
No. The For You feed reshuffles on every load, so it is not a source the extension offers. Use a hashtag, a search or a creator’s profile instead.
What export formats are supported?
Excel (.xlsx), CSV and JSON, or a direct send to Google Sheets. Results also sync to your InsightSocial dashboard, so you can filter them and re-export them later.
Is scraping TikTok legal?
Collecting publicly visible data for research and analysis is generally allowed, but you are responsible for following TikTok’s Terms of Service and the laws that apply to you, especially around personal data. InsightSocial only captures what the pages you visit show you.
Will TikTok ban my account?
It is unlikely at normal volumes, but no tool can promise it. The extension never posts, likes, follows or messages for you, and reads at a reading pace. Keep runs to a sensible size.
Can I export a TikTok creator's follower or following list?
Yes, as far as TikTok serves it. On a creator’s profile, pick Followers or Following. Each row has the username, display name, bio, follower count, total likes and verified badge.
