Yes. The free plan has no time limit and needs no credit card: scraping is unlimited on all nine platforms, and you can export 500 rows a month. Pro is $9.99 a month, or $7.99 a month billed yearly, for 10,000 rows. One-off credit packs start at $2.
No tool can promise zero risk, but Insight Social keeps it low. It reads pages the way you do, at a human pace, and collects what appears. It never posts, likes, follows or messages from your account, and it doesn’t hand your login to any server, which is the biggest risk with cloud scrapers.
The rows you collect are saved to your private Insight Social dashboard, so you can filter, export and share them later. Your social media login is not: the extension uses the session already in your browser, and your password and cookies are never sent to us. You can delete any run from your history.
Cloud scrapers run on their own servers, so they need your session cookies or a pool of proxies, and you wait for a job to finish. Insight Social runs in your own Chrome: rows appear as the page loads, it reaches what your account can already see (like groups you belong to), and there is nothing to configure.

Yes, when they are public. Instagram profiles include the email and phone a business account shows, plus its bio links. On Pro you can also open those bio links (Linktree, personal sites) from your results and pull out the emails and handles listed there.
One credit is one exported row. Scraping and browsing your results are unlimited on every plan; credits are only spent when data leaves the product, as a download, a share link or a Google Sheets export. Each row is paid for once, so exporting it again is free, and the export menu shows the price before you click. Free includes 500 credits a month and Pro includes 10,000.

No. Keep the tab open and work in other tabs: on all nine platforms a run keeps going in the background (X search and hashtag pages, and some LinkedIn post pages, still pause until you come back). You can also schedule a page to run again every few hours, daily or weekly while Chrome is open.
