Best Trustpilot Review Scrapers and Exporters in 2026

The best Trustpilot review scraper depends on whose reviews you need and how many companies: for your own company, Trustpilot Business's export (Premium and Enterprise plans) is the official route; for many companies on a pipeline, Apify actors from $0.14 to $0.75 per 1,000 reviews or Outscraper's pay-as-you-go plan fit; and for one company page at a time without code, a Chrome extension such as InsightSocial (free up to 500 exported rows a month) or T-Reviews Scraper is the shortest route. Whatever you pick, check how it handles Trustpilot's signed-out limit of 10 pages per filter, about 200 reviews, which is why so many exports stop at 200.

Updated October 2026. We make InsightSocial, so we are not neutral: this list puts the official and open-source routes first, gives each tool a "best for", and says where another tool is the better fit. We have not benchmarked the other tools; their prices, limits and user counts are what their own pricing pages, Apify listings and Chrome Web Store listings said when we checked in October 2026.

Why Trustpilot exports stop at 200 reviews

Signed out, a Trustpilot company page lists 20 reviews a page and stops at page 10. We checked it in October 2026: page 10 of a large company's reviews loads, and page 11 redirects to Trustpilot's login page. That is 200 reviews per filter, and it is the wall behind threads such as r/scrapingtheweb's "Is it actually possible to scrape more than 200 Trustpilot reviews??" (September 2026).

Because the limit is per filter, a tool can reach further by changing the filter: each language and each star rating is its own list of up to 10 pages. Some Apify actors say they get past the cap another way. Ask any tool how it handles the limit before you trust a total.

How we put this list together

We looked at the tools that rank for Trustpilot export searches, the Apify actors with the most users, and the Chrome Web Store extensions that name Trustpilot. For each we read its own page in October 2026: the price, the free tier, the limits it states and, for Apify and the Chrome Web Store, the user count. We did not run other vendors' tools, so this is not a ranking by speed or completeness; it is a map of what each tool says it does, at what price, with our own numbers only for InsightSocial.

Trustpilot Business export: the official route for your own company

If the company is yours, start here. Trustpilot's help centre says the review export "is included in the Premium and Enterprise plans": in Trustpilot Business, go to Manage reviews > Service reviews, open the inbox, click Export, pick a date range and download a CSV.

Limits: only your own company, only on those plans, and Trustpilot limits how its reviews may be displayed on other platforms, so check its guidelines before you republish them.

Best for: analysing your own reviews with Trustpilot's own data. Our step-by-step: how to export Trustpilot reviews.

InsightSocial: one company page at a time, replies kept

InsightSocial's Trustpilot Review Scraper is a Chrome extension: open any trustpilot.com/review/<domain> page (or a country site such as uk.trustpilot.com), click Scrape, and the reviews land in your dashboard, ready to export to CSV, Excel, JSON or Google Sheets. It reads the review pages over HTTP and keeps going in a background tab.

To get past the 200-review limit it goes through each language and star rating separately. In our own runs in October 2026, a company with 83 reviews returned all 83 plus its 5 replies in 4 to 7 seconds, large companies came in at about 40 reviews a second, and a company with 20,624 reviews returned 4,994. That last number is the honest one: on very large companies it often does not reach every review.

Each review comes with its rating, title, text, date, date of experience, reviewer country, language, verified flag and helpful votes; the company's replies are rows of their own; the page's TrustScore and star distribution come along.

Price: scraping is free; exporting uses one credit per row. Free includes 500 rows a month, Pro is $9.99 a month (or $7.99 billed yearly) for 10,000, and a row you already exported is free to export again.

Limits: one company per run (no list of URLs), no scheduling, no API for Trustpilot. No sentiment column in the export; on Pro, Ask your data answers sentiment and theme questions about a finished run.

Best for: researchers and marketers who look at a few companies at a time and want the replies and fields kept, at a flat monthly price.

Apify actors: per-review pricing, many companies, schedules

The Apify Store has dozens of Trustpilot actors from independent developers. They run in Apify's cloud, take lists of companies, and can be scheduled or called from Apify's API. Three of the most used, with prices from their own listings (Apify's free plan includes $5 of usage a month; prices fall on paid tiers):

  • Automation Lab, Trustpilot Reviews Scraper: about 870 users in the last 30 days. $0.575 per 1,000 reviews on the free plan, down to $0.14, plus $0.005 per run.
  • memo23, Trustpilot All Reviews Scraper: about 690 users. $0.75 per 1,000 on the free plan, down to $0.50, plus a start fee. Its description says it exports "every Trustpilot review — past the ~200-review web cap", with an incremental mode for daily syncs and optional AI pain-point analysis at extra cost.
  • Black Falcon Data, Trustpilot Reviews Scraper: about 190 users. A flat $0.25 per 1,000 reviews, and it also says it gets past the 200-review limit.

Best for: developers and data teams who need many companies, a schedule or an API. At these prices, cost is rarely the issue; setup and checking the output are.

Outscraper: pay as you go, with an API

Outscraper is a cloud scraping service with a Trustpilot reviews scraper and a Trustpilot Reviews API. Its Trustpilot page, as archived in December 2025, listed the first 100 reviews free, then $3 per 1,000 up to 50,000 and $1 per 1,000 beyond. Its live site blocks automated visitors, so we could not re-check those prices in October 2026. It takes lists of companies and integrates with Zapier.

Best for: teams already using Outscraper for Google Maps data who want Trustpilot on the same bill. See our Outscraper comparison.

ExportComments: paste a URL, get a file

ExportComments exports Trustpilot reviews from a company URL in its web app. Its plans, read from its pricing page in October 2026: free up to 100 results per export and 50 exports a month; Personal $23 once for 3 days at up to 5,000 per export; Premium $45 a month at up to 50,000 per export, with scheduled exports; Business $199 a month at up to 250,000 per export with API access.

Best for: an occasional export where a 3-day pass is cheaper than a subscription. More in our ExportComments alternatives guide.

reviewsextractor.com: Trustpilot and B2B review sites

reviewsextractor.com runs a Trustpilot exporter (its Chrome Web Store listing, "Trustpilot Reviews Exporter", showed 134 users and a 4.5 rating) alongside G2, Capterra, TrustRadius and other software-review sites. Free extractions return 25 reviews, on G2, Trustpilot and Capterra only; Starter is $9 a month for one site at up to 2,500 reviews per extraction, $15 for all sites, $25 adds AI sentiment and themes, and $99 adds weekly competitor monitoring.

Best for: SaaS teams who need Trustpilot and G2 or Capterra in one tool. InsightSocial does not cover G2 or Capterra.

T-Reviews Scraper: a Trustpilot-only extension

T-Reviews Scraper (by nifty.codes) exports Trustpilot reviews, companies and ratings to CSV, XLSX or JSON, with automatic pagination, batch URLs and monitoring, according to its listing, which showed 478 users and a 4.2 rating from 9 ratings. It is free with in-app purchases; the listing does not state the price.

Other Trustpilot-only extensions on the Chrome Web Store include Trustpilot Reviews Downloader (244 users; free for the current page, paid for up to 300 pages) and Trustpilot Reviews Exporter by an independent developer (1,000 users and a 4.5 rating from 25 ratings, free with in-app purchases; its listing says it needs a Trustpilot login).

Best for: Trustpilot-only work in the browser, including batch URLs, which InsightSocial does not take.

Adlicio: reviews as ad research

Adlicio scrapes reviews and comments from many sources and ranks them into ad angles, objections and hooks. It charges credits per URL; its All Access plan, which covers its review sources, is $49.99 a month for 250 credits (checked October 2026).

Best for: ecommerce marketers who want angles, not a spreadsheet. See our Adlicio comparison.

Bright Data: scraper API at enterprise scale

Bright Data's Trustpilot Scraper API shares its Web Scraper API pricing: 5,000 records a month free, then $1.50 per 1,000 records pay as you go, or $499 a month with 384,000 records included (checked October 2026).

Best for: companies that already run Bright Data for other collection and want Trustpilot in the same pipeline.

Open-source scripts

GitHub has small Trustpilot scrapers in Python, such as irfanalidv/trustpilot_scraper (22 stars, MIT licence, also on PyPI) and hakimkhalafi/trustpilot-scraper (29 stars, last updated in 2021). They read the public pages, so they inherit the 10-pages-per-filter limit unless you add filter splitting yourself, and Trustpilot's page structure changes over time.

Best for: developers who want to own the code and accept maintaining it.

FAQ

What is the best free Trustpilot review scraper? For a few hundred reviews, InsightSocial's free plan (500 exported rows a month) and the free tiers of Trustpilot-only extensions cover it. ExportComments' free tier returns up to 100 reviews per export, and Apify's free plan includes $5 of usage a month, enough for thousands of reviews at the per-review prices above.

Can any tool export all Trustpilot reviews of a big company? Several Apify actors say they get past the 200-review limit. Filter-splitting tools such as InsightSocial reach far beyond 200 but often not every review on very large companies. Compare the exported count with the company's total before relying on it.

Is it legal to scrape Trustpilot reviews? Reviews on company pages are public, but Trustpilot's terms and data-protection law apply to how you store and use them, particularly reviewer names. Check Trustpilot's guidelines before you display exported reviews elsewhere.

Does Trustpilot have an API for reviews? Trustpilot offers APIs to its business customers for their own reviews. For other companies' reviews, people use scrapers.

Which Trustpilot scraper includes the company's replies? InsightSocial puts each reply in its own row under the review it answers. For other tools, check a sample export: some return replies as a field, some leave them out.

Which tool is cheapest per review? Among the tools we checked, Black Falcon Data's Apify actor at a flat $0.25 per 1,000 reviews. For a flat monthly price instead, InsightSocial Pro is $9.99 for 10,000 exported rows.
