Key Benefits
Everything you need to extract Trustpilot data efficiently
Company Replies Kept
Each reply from the company is its own row under the review it answers, so you can count them or leave them out.
Past the Paging Limit
Trustpilot limits how far a visitor can page through one filter, so the extension goes through each star rating and language separately to reach further.
No Trustpilot Account Needed
It reads the same public review pages anyone can open.
Excel, CSV, JSON or Sheets
Every run lands in your dashboard, ready to filter and export.
How to Use Trustpilot Review Scraper
Get started in under 2 minutes. No coding or API keys required.
- 1
Install InsightSocial
Add the Chrome extension and sign in with Google. One extension covers social platforms and review sites alike.
- 2
Open the company on Trustpilot
Any trustpilot.com/review/… page, on trustpilot.com or one of its country sites. The side panel names the company it found.
- 3
Allow Trustpilot once
The first time you scrape Trustpilot, Chrome asks you to let InsightSocial read trustpilot.com. It asks for that one site, only when you use it.
- 4
Press Start
The extension reads the reviews page by page and counts as it goes.
- 5
Export from your dashboard
The reviews sync to your InsightSocial dashboard as they come in. Browse and filter them there, then export to CSV, Excel, JSON or Google Sheets.

Frequently Asked Questions
Often not all of them. Trustpilot only lets a visitor page so far through any one filter, so the extension combines star ratings and languages to get past that. Smaller companies come back complete: in our tests an 83-review company returned all 83, plus the company’s replies. On one company with 20,621 reviews, a run collected 4,993.
Yes. Each reply is its own row, directly under the review it answers, labelled as an owner reply. The run summary counts them apart: “N reviews + M owner replies”.
No. The extension reads the same public review pages anyone can open.
No. The extension reads the page you have open in Chrome, so there is no developer account to apply for, no key to manage and no code to write.
InsightSocial reads review and discussion sites only when you use them. The first Trustpilot run asks Chrome for access to that one site, and you can withdraw it any time from the extension's settings in Chrome.
Scraping and reading your reviews in the dashboard are unlimited on every plan. Only exporting uses credits: the free plan includes 500 export credits a month, one per exported row, and a row you already exported is free to export again. Pro adds 10,000 a month from $7.99/month billed yearly.
